Wow I ate here again, these folks really care and are genuinely friendly and really put out a great product. I'll see you folks in Nov. 2014 with wife and son. Wow this place is REALLY GOOD. Shucks, I didn't know Cosi was so good with such quality folks serving quality food.

Have been here a few times and went today for their Mother's Day BOGO deal. I got my favorite sandwich, the chicken TBM lite (about 520 calories not including chips or carrots), and it was good, although the Bham location seems to melt the cheese better.... My sandwich was falling apart a little as well, but still tasted good. Pretty empty as well but I'm guessing that's because it was a holiday and most people don't take their mom to Cosi on Mother's day :).

Great breakfast and lunch. Friendly service. A nice change of pace from the panera across the street. A great addition to the weekly routine. High quality sandwich shop with quality ingredients.

I've had a salad and a sandwich here on two separate occasions and both times the ingredients have been really fresh and of great quality. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because I feel it's a little too expensive for a sandwich shop, especially when the portions aren't that big. I think I had ordered the Cosi Club Sandwich and a Caesar's Salad.

Liked the overall interior look of the establishment. Very inviting. The open kitchen layout is great for ordering salads and pizza. This place was reasonably price for the selection it had. However, breakfast is not offered at this location. Ordered the chicken pesto melt and adobo salad. Food was good but will need to try other menu items before giving higher rating. Overall though I was satisfied.

This is a bog standard Cosi and normally I wouldn't give it a rating much less a 4 star, but the big guy Frank who works here always treat myself and my friends extremely well every time we come here. Always get a smile, a handshake and quick meals. Service like that makes us want to keep coming back.

I really prefer this place to the usual fast casual. The salads I've had are really great. Sandwiches are excellent as well. Not terribly crowded and fairly quiet. Not really a destination restaurant, but excellent for an impromtu meal while shopping locally.

My first time at Cosi and was caught off guard by how nearly identical the franchise is to Panera Bread. The food, decor and service are all acceptable... just nothing special. It is like Panera with a new menu and definitely some things worth trying out (particularly some with a fish component). I had heard some good things about their desserts but desserts weren't out and not on menu so I didn't bother. Neat that they bake their bread in front of you. Was empty at 2 in the afternoon, (maybe I missed the lunch rush?). This place isn't bad but don't go out of your way.

With a motto like "Life Should Be Delicious", I know I've come to the right place. Walking in, I spot the colorful décor, clean (maybe a little crowded) tables, and the menu hanging over the cashier station. Cosi has several lunch options that I enjoy on a regular basis. For salads, try the Bombay Chicken, featuring grilled chicken breast rubbed in Indian spices, roasted red peppers, tomato, cucumber, red onion and mixed greens. I get it with the fat-free balsamic vinaigrette. Another good bet is the Cobb salad with grilled chicken, bacon, Gorgonzola, tomatoes and mixed greens. My favorite sandwich is the Tandoori Chicken with roasted red peppers on Cosi's signature freshly baked whole grain flatbread. Another winner is the TBM -Tomato, Basil and Mozzarella. This is great as is, or with added chicken breast. Sandwiches come with chips or baby carrots. Just added for summer is a tasty Crabcake Melt sandwich, with slider-size crabcakes, aioli, lettuce, tomato and provolone cheese. Enough crab, not overtly fishy, a good value. Another new dish is the Chicken, Fig and Gorgonzola flatbread pizza. They were passing out samples and this was pretty darn good. Sweet figs and low key gorgonzola combine for a nice flavor profile. I've also enjoyed the BBQ chicken pizza, with smoked gouda, red onion and cilantro. My only complaint is that they sometimes overdo the bbq sauce.
